"Don’t work for money, let money work for you"
Earnest and independent spirited, Sudheesh Srivastava, was born in Unnao, UP. Born into a big joint family and with working parents, Sudheesh spent more of his childhood with his relatives than his parents. Sudheesh pursued engineering and completed his B.E from Nagpur University. After engineering, he opted for an MBA and received his degree from the Birla Institute of Technology, Rajasthan. Currently he is working as Manager Operations in a software firm in Gurgaon.
Sudheesh’s idea is to manufacture low-cost sanitary napkins that can be made available in remote rural areas.
INTERVIEW
Q: Describe yourself in a few words.
A: I have a positive attitude and loads of confidence! I think very systematically and don’t get easily ruffled.
Q: How do you define success?
A: I believe in one thing – Don’t work for money, let money work for you. I believe that one must keep on striving. I don’t think success has an end. I think success is directly proportional to one’s desires.
Q: Why do you think you can become the Business Baazigar?
A: I believe in my idea. It has a definite social value and it’s something that’s really needed. I am very confident that the idea is going to click. The idea has substance – idea mein dum hain! Besides that I’m a very levelheaded person. I think and do everything very systematically and hence I think I’m a very good candidate to become the Business Baazigar!
Q: Where do you see yourself five years from now?
A: My ambition is to become a businessman. I want to start my own business. I have an idea and have even contacted investors and one of the investing firms was willing to back me. So I want to start soon and if everything goes fine then five years from now I’d have made that transition from an upcoming entrepreneur to an established businessman!
