What would you be willing to do to win at something? Now, what would you be willing to do if the reward was a chance at winning Business Baazigar, where what's at stake is the dream of a business empire?

In this week's episode Prakash and Leena conned several unsuspecting youngsters of their money with the promise of a non existent jackpot at the end of a street contest. Leena and Prakash, who are participants in the gruelling reality TV show Business Baazigar did not show much hesitation before pulling the wool over the eyes of the public. Machiavelli would have been proud.

On the other hand they also had a difficult task at hand – which was to make the most money they could from just the one rupee given to them by the producers of Business Baazigar.

The task was made harder by the fact that they had to survive on the streets of Mumbai for 24 hours on just this amount and also make as much money in the process.

“It was us or them,” said Leena later to some unconfirmed sources. Prakash was heard quoting the Darwinian phrase, ‘Survival of the Fittest’. Were their actions justified?

It is a truth universally acknowledged that the bright lights and heady lifestyles of Mumbai could turn the heads of even the well intentioned.

14 contestants are fighting out in teams in two each in this gruelling one rupee task – where the challenge is to prove their ability to make money from nothing. The contestants who survive this task stand a chance of getting the crores they need to set up their own businesses eventually.

And so while Leena and Prakash came up with what thy felt was the fastest way to riches, the rest went around looking for other smart routes to make money on the streets of Mumbai. One duo teamed up with a Mehndiwaali while another went after foreigners looking for services they could provide them. One team was hell bent on good food and made a beeline for a restaurant job while another unsuspectingly took on the local business mafia of Mumbai's fashion street and landed in big trouble

Tough, but then in Business Baazigar, these contestants are not being taught the value of easy money.
