INTERVIEW
Q: Describe yourself in a few words.
A: I’m very passionate about life. I’m hard working and ambitious. I set certain goals for myself and am very focused towards achieving them. I’m very self-motivated and driven. I believe in having a value system which is based on an internal frame of reference. I believe a lot in being sincere to my work because at the end of the day, I have to answer myself. I never do things about which I feel uncomfortable or which are “wrong” according to me.
Q: How do you define success?
A: For me success is a journey and not a destination. I can never be fully successful because I’m never satisfied with what I do. I set certain goals for myself but after I’ve achieved those, I feel that there is a higher goal I must achieve. I don’t think that even in another thirty-forty years, I’ll ever feel successful. For me, the means to achieve success are as important as the end.
Q: Why do you think you can become the Business Baazigar?
A: I think, to be the Business Baazigar, you should not only have a great idea, that’s viable and workable, but you should also have the right skills, the right amount of energy, drive, ambition, strength of character, ability to work under pressure, leadership skills, team spirit etc. I think these are all qualities that I have in spades. I believe in my idea and I know that given the chance, I can make it come true!
Q: Where do you see yourself five years from now?
A: Five years from now I see myself as a very successful entrepreneur. What I like about business is the tremendous ability to create something new, group yourself with others, set up an organization and guide people towards one goal. When you actually achieve something in that I think it’s a tremendous achievement. I see myself as someone who sets a path which others can follow. I would want to lead a life that is so inspiring that it inspires others to lead the same life.
