Currently Leena runs her own baking operation from her home called Passion Foods, selling cakes, chocolates and desserts, her specialty being eggless cakes and customized cakes in the shape on cartoon characters and corporate logos! She has worked with The Taj President and subsequently with companies like Birla 3M, The Gourmet Online and Global Industrial Hospitality Services.

Leena’s idea is to start an organization that will exclusively deal with the problems and grievances of foreign tourists and NRIs in India.

Q: Describe yourself in a few words.
A: I think I have a lot of contrasting traits in me. But a couple of traits that are most contrasting are that I am a quiet, calm person and at the same time, I’m also very enthusiastic and gregarious!

Q: How do you define success?
A: I think a person who is satisfied is successful. There are so many people who are rich and accomplished and still dissatisfied. Success for me is a complete, over-all sense of satisfaction!

Q: Why do you think you can become the Business Baazigar?
A: I have a viable idea with great potential. I am dynamic and can communicate well. I think that’s why I stand a good chance to be the Business Baazigar!

Q: Where do you see yourself five years from now?
A: Five years from now, may be you’ll find me in my ex-patriot services office – sitting in the CEO’s chair and perhaps having coffee with you!
